When applied, the products can impart with superior water reduction, high dispersity, rapid wetting, and optimized rheological behavior for enhanced flowability and workability. It integrates quickly and uniformly into the refractory matrix, significantly enhancing placement properties, self-flowability, and overall performance. The dispersants offer excellent versatility and compatibility with a wide range of refractory compositions and binding systems.
It is extensively applied in advanced monolithic refractories and precast components based on alumina, alumina-spinel, alumina-chrome, and alumina-magnesia systems. Typical applications include ladle purging plug, seating block, ladle nozzle well block, repair material for seating block, castables for ladles, precast ladle shapes, castables for RH snorkel, and RH snorkel self-flowing refractories.
