The qualified starting materials are ground by a ball mill to achieve technologically required fineness, so as to facilitate high temperature solid-solid reaction and sintering to produce qualified sintered material products.

The starting powder meeting fineness requirements is pelletized into spheres of the required density and strength, and drying removes free water from the green body to prevent kiln explosion, enhance strength, shorten firing time, and boost production.

The purpose of firing at specific high temperature is to induce physical-chemical reactions in the green bodies, promoting the growth and development of crystals and obtaining well sintered qualified balls.

According to user needs, the sintered balls are crushed and ground into aggregates of different sizes and fine powders, and the mechanical iron introduced during crushing and grinding is removed.
