Our company has strong capabilities in new product development and quality control, with a new product development center and a physical and chemical performance testing center. It is the "refractory material industry university research base" and "student internship and training base" of Wuhan University of Science and Technology and Henan University of Science and Technology.
There are 22 scientific researchers, including 6 external experts. More than 40 sets of research and development equipment with a total value of nearly 2 million yuan, and more than 50 pilot equipment with a value of 4.8 million yuan. The research and development equipment includes: flexural strength testing machine, compressive strength testing machine, grinding prototype, cement sand flowability tester, rotary viscometer, 1100℃ and 1600℃medium and high temperature testing electric furnaces,scanning electron microscope（SEM），etc.
The testing equipment includes: multi-element rapid analyzer, flame photometer, laser particle size analyzer, particle image analyzer, etc. The research and development work of new products has been carried out normally. In recent years, new products have been put into industrial production every year, and multiple new technologies and process achievements have been put into production and application every year.
